When can I expect my shipment?

Can I track the status of my order?
When your package is dispatched, we will send you a track&trace code from the relevant supplier. You can then track your shipment via the supplier's website. How do I return my order?
If unlikely that you have received your purchase damaged, you can notify us within 14 days of receiving the products. Provided it is unused and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging, return the product to us. You will then be refunded the purchase amount and any shipping and payment costs. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. Do I pay shipping costs?
Delivery of all our products is free for purchases over €50,- for the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipments for less than €50,- we charge €5,95. Are there any fees for returns?
There is no charge for returns unless otherwise stated. Report your return via the withdrawal form and we will send you the information on the return process, you can also consult our terms and conditions. Can I choose a preferred delivery date?
You cannot choose a specific delivery date. Within the Netherlands, most parcels are delivered the day after dispatch. However, we cannot do anything for you in this area from the moment we hand over the shipment to the supplier. What is the warranty period of my order?
All our products are covered by the statutory warranty. We guarantee that every product delivered by us meets the requirements of soundness and usability. In addition to the statutory warranty, the products delivered are covered by a manufacturer's warranty as established by the manufacturers on its products.
